Incumbent President Nursultan Nazarbayev garnered 94.82% of votes in the Sunday's presidential election, according to exit-poll data announced Sunday evening at the headquarters of the ruling party, Nur Otan.

70-year-old Nazarbayev has been in power for over 20 years. In his annual address to the people of the country in January 2011, he said that if his health and strength would allow, he would work at his post as much as the people would need.
