Azerbaijani President offers condolences to Belarusian President

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev offered his condolences to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko over the deaths and injuries as a result of a terror attack on the Minsk Metro, Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
"I am deeply shocked at hearing the news on numerous human casualties as a result of a terror attack on the Minsk Metro. We strongly condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. I express my deepest condolences to you, family and friends of the victims and all the Belarusian people on behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on my own behalf. I wish speedy recovery to the injured," the President said in a letter of condolence.
