Presidential Administration: Subversive groups engaged in spread of info about Georgia's plans to organize unrests in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan, Baku, May 7 / Trend M.Aliyev /
Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Social and Political Department head Ali Hasanov said the spread of information about the Georgian government's plans to organize unrest in Azerbaijan is subversive groups' doing. He commented on the media reports about plans of the Georgian government and the U.S. embassy in Baku to organize unrest in Azerbaijan.
The subversive groups seek to spoil relations between the two countries, he stressed.
The Azerbaijani government and its position determine the socio-political relations in the South Caucasus today, Hasanov told journalists.
"The Azerbaijan - Georgia strategic alliance is the geo-strategic factor in relations between East and West. The Azerbaijani government led by the Head of State takes necessary actions in this direction," Hasanov said.
