Russia and Azerbaijan are ready for the International Humanitarian Forum, to be held in Baku in early October.
"We have discussed today all the issues relating to this important event," Russian Presidential Administration head Sergey Naryshkin said after a meeting of the organization committee in Moscow. "The forum promises to be interesting, rich and original."
Naryshkin said modern models of economic development, philosophical problems of humanism, biotechnology and ethical issues will be discussed at the forum.
"They are universal and valid problems," Azerbaijani Presidential Administration head Ramiz Mehdiyev said. "It is very important that the presidents of our two countries have decided to put them on the world public's discussion."
