Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves on his reelection and President of Singapore Tony Tan Ken Yam on his election, and Yoshihiko Noda on his election as the Prime Minister of Japan.
In his message addressed to President Hendrik, the Azerbaijani leader expressed confidence in further strengthening the consecutive inter-state relations and further expanding friendly ties, deepening mutually beneficial cooperation.
"I wish you good health, happiness and success in activities for the welfare of the friendly people of Estonia," the letter reads.
"I am hopeful that Azerbaijani-Singaporean relations of friendship and cooperation will permanently develop in accordance with the interests of our peoples. I wish you good health, happiness and every success in your activities in the name of the prosperity of the friendly people of Singapore," the letter addressed to President Tony Tan Keng Yam reads.
"I would like to sincerely congratulate you on being elected as Prime Minister of Japan," the letter addressed to Mr.Noda reads. "We are attaching special importance to Azerbaijani-Japanese relations. I am sure that the multifaceted relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries will permanently develop and expand in the interests of our peoples. I wish you good health, happiness and every success in your activities in the name of the prosperity of the friendly people of Japan."
