The legislative bodies of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic intend to significantly expand cooperation through the activity of the inter-parliamentary friendship group.
At present, the first meeting of the group is under preparation. It is planned to be held in Prague in October, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Czech RepublicTahir Taghizadeh told Trend.
MP Gular Ahmadova is co-chairperson from the Azerbaijani side, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee Ian Hamachek from the Czech side.
