President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received Robert Walter, chairman of the European Democrat Group (EDG), Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
During the meeting, they discussed relations between Azerbaijan and PACE.
They stressed the importance of the international event to be held in Baku in connection with the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan 's independence.
The parties expressed confidence this event would contribute to expanding interparliamentary cooperation.
