Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today offered his condolences to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in connection with heavy human loss as a result of the Kolskaya drilling rig crash.
"I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on heavy human loss as a result of the Kolskaya drilling rig crash," the letter said. "Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss to You, the natives and relatives of the victims, and deepest sympathy to the injured."
