E-voting will be used during a session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly in Baku. It will make use of numerous innovations, head of the Azerbaijani delegation in the Euronest PA, MP Elhan Suleymanov told Trend today.
He said European MPs and members of delegations of the countries - participants of the "Eastern Partnership" program who will take part in voting, will get special electronic cards.
The website dedicated to the Baku session of "Euronest" PA will work, Suleymanov said.
He added that the second session of Euronest will be held in the parliamentary building in Baku on April 2-4.
Meetings of standing committees and the working group on Belarus will be held.
The EU delegation consisting of 60 people, the national delegations of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova and Armenia will attend the Baku session.
The EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule and Polish Senator Norbert Obrudzhki are expected to participate in the meeting.
