The ruling Yeni Azerbaijan party (NAP) expressed attitude toward the information that Natig Huseynov and two other individuals, who are conducting hunger strike, allegedly are members of the NAP.
From individuals named in the newspapers, only Natig Huseynov was a member of NAP and he was expelled for failure to comply with the requirements of NAP, the press service of the party told Trend.
Two other individuals, whose names are listed in the newspapers, have no relation to the ruling party.
