Agenda of the meeting of the Council of Heads of Ministries of Internal Affairs of CIS Member States, to be held next month in Baku, was determined, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told Trend on Friday.
In order to prepare for the meeting Baku on August 2-4 hosted a meeting of experts of the Commonwealth's Interior Ministries. It was attended by delegations from the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Russia, as well as representatives of the Coordinating Bureau on the fight against organized crime and other serious crimes on the territory of the CIS member states.
The meeting discussed the priority issues to further strengthen cooperation in combating crime and ensuring public safety.
The meeting developed agenda of the meeting of the Council of Interior Ministers of CIS Member States scheduled for September.
