Azerbaijan’s new ambassadors to Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Qatar appointed (UPDATE)

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Rasim Rzayev the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Saudi Arabia.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Rasim Rzayev the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Saudi Arabia.

Upon another Presidential order, Rzayev was conferred a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Under another Presidential order, Eldar Salimov has been revoked from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Qatar.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has also signed an order to appoint Tarik Aliyev the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Morocco.

Under Presidential order, Tofig Abdullayev has been revoked from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen, Bahrain and from the post of Azerbaijan's permanent representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

Under another Presidential order, Tofig Abdullayev has been appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Qatar.
