Egypt gradually moves towards its set goals, one of which is to become a regional superpower, local television quotes Egyptian President Mohammed Mursi as saying.
According to Mursi, development of new Egyptian constitution is nearing completion in the country, after which it will be put to national referendum. After adopting the new constitution, Egypt will develop as a legal state.
