Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili's term will expire in October 2013. The early elections are out of the question, spokesperson for the Georgian president Manana Manjgaladze said today.
She expressed the hope that the new authority will respect the Constitution on which this authority was elected to the parliament by a majority.
"The Georgian President shows respect for the Constitution and does not hamper the new authority," she said. "It hopes for the respect of opponents."
