The Youth Forum of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) will be held in Baku in the first half of next year, Chairman of the World Association of Azerbaijani Youth, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Association of the ruling New Azerbaijan party (NAP), Ramin Mammadov told Trend on Saturday.
He said the NAP made an initiative to hold the forum at the Seventh General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties, held in Baku, and ICAPP has supported this initiative.
Mammadov said that youth plays a special role in ensuring peace and security in Asia and in developing partnership.
He said one can not deny the role of youth in a globalizing world.
"All the states that care about their future pay special attention to young people, take into account his views and expectations. From this point of view, holding ICAPP Youth Forum in Baku is very important," he said.
