"In 2013, we will take concrete, significant steps regarding the harmonization of the remaining disputed border sections between Azerbaijan and Georgia," Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told Trend.

"In 2013, we will take concrete, significant steps regarding the harmonization of the remaining disputed border sections between Azerbaijan and Georgia," Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told Trend.

"The issue of border delimitation with Georgia is important in our bilateral relations; an international commission on delimitation is operating on both sides, the commission is headed by deputy foreign ministers," the deputy minister said.

According to him, regular meetings and consultations are held. Experts meet on the border and lead discussions concerning a particular site.

"We will continue our work in the spirit of good-neighborliness and friendly relations with Georgia," Khalafov said.
