On December 17, a delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov will visit Brussels to attend the 13th meeting of council on cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan, the Foreign Ministry told Trend on Sunday.
During the visit has planned meetings with European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis.
At the meeting will discuss all aspects of relations between the EU and Azerbaijan, including the political, economic and humanitarian issues.
