Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Parliament of Georgia Tedo Japaridze and head of the Russian parliamentary delegation to PACE Alexei Pushkov will meet informally on Thursday.
As Tedo Japaridze told journalists in Strasbourg at PACE winter session, agreement was reached on the sidelines of the Council of Europe.
According to the Russian parliamentarian, the proposal for a meeting of delegations he received from Tedo Japaridze. He said that official meeting at the level of parliamentary delegations can be held in April, if the meeting with Japaridze will be "effective."
"Under PACE session we will meet somewhere in an informal setting and discuss certain issues, problems and prospects in the development and improvement of Russian-Georgian relations," - said Tedo Japaridze.
