Georgia and Ukraine agree to cooperate actively

A meeting of the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili with Ukrainian President Vladimir Yanukovich was held within the World Economic Forum in Davos. As reported by the press service of the Georgian prime minister on Thursday, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.

A meeting of the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili with Ukrainian President Vladimir Yanukovich was held within the World Economic Forum in Davos. As reported by the press service of the Georgian prime minister on Thursday, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.

Yanukovych and Ivanishvili agreed to continue traditional friendly cooperation between Georgia and Ukraine.

They believe the potential of this cooperation hasn't been fully exploited and stand for deepening of this relationship.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maia Panjikidze, Economy Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Goncharuk and head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko.
