The trial over former Defense Minister David Kezerashvili and former mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava was postponed for February 21. The process will be held at 12:00.
The case covers Imedi TV and Rike territory alienation.
Two witnesses were questioned at the previous trial.
Ugulava's lawyer Beka Basilaya addressed the journalists following the process. The matter rested in the activity of new Rike, which has no relation to the charges of Ugulava and Kezerashvili.
Kezerashvili is accused upon several articles of the Criminal Code in Georgia.
The prosecutor's office accuses him of alcohol smuggling and alienation of Imedi TV. The former defense minister is accused together with Ugulava. Kezerashvili was arrested in France on October 14.
