Trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents Ilham Aliyev and Serj Sargsyan, as well as Secretary of State John Kerry started in Newport on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Wales, RIA Novosti reported according to the press-secretary of the Armenian leader Armand Saghatelian.
The Heads of states are in Newport as part of the NATO summit.
Earlier, presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia met in Sochi on August 10 by the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
