Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov will visit Iran Oct.16, Mohammad Reza Najafi, spokesperson of Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
Azimov will visit Iran's capital Tehran to take part in the preparatory meeting of the Munich Security Conference, according to Najafi.
The preparatory meeting will be held in Tehran Oct.17 with the support of the Institute of International and Political Studies of Iran's Foreign Ministry.
The meeting will focus on the ongoing processes in the region and will be attended by foreign ministers of Germany, Lebanon and other countries.
