An official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu was held Dec. 3.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev welcomed Davutoglu.
The national anthems of the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Azerbaijan were played.
President Aliyev and Davutoglu reviewed the guard of honor. Davutoglu saluted Azerbaijani soldiers.
State and government officials of the Republic of Azerbaijan were introduced to Davutoglu, and members of the Turkish delegation were introduced to President Aliyev.
President Aliyev and Davutoglu also posed for official photos.
