President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to Russia's President Vladimir Putin.
"I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of lives in a fire at a care home in Voronezh region.
I extend my sincere condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead, and wish those injured recovery", - said the letter of condolence.
