President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has decreed to appoint Mikayil Jabbarov as Azerbaijan’s taxes minister Dec. 5.
In another decree, President Aliyev dismissed Jabbarov as the education minister of Azerbaijan.
