BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The Delegation of the European Union (EU) in Azerbaijan has extended congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan on the Day of the Restoration of Independence, EU Ambassador to Azerbaijan Peter Mikhalko wrote on his Twitter page, Trend reports.
"EU Delegation congratulates the people of Azerbaijan on the Independence Day! We wish peace and prosperity to Azerbaijan," the publication said.
