Heydar Aliyev, as a wise politician and a true people's leader, left an indelible bright mark in the history of all the peoples of the former USSR, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Caucasus Muslim Administration for Dagestan and the North Caucasus Shagabitdin Haji Kerimov, said in the letter, addressed to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, Trend reports.
