BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 31. Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day, Trend reports.
