BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 21. We will make joint efforts to successfully continue friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Paraguay, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a congratulatory letter to President of Paraguay Santiago Peña Palacios, Trend reports.
