BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 28. The "State Program for the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2026" has been approved, Trend reports.
In this regard, President Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding decree.
According to the decree, guided by paragraph 3 of Article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, in order to ensure the implementation of the "Strategy of Socio-economic Development of Azerbaijan Republic in 2022-2026" approved by the order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic dated July 22, 2022, number 3378, it is decided:
1. To approve the "State Program on Development of Social Services in Azerbaijan Republic for 2023-2026".
2. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic shall:
2.1. Coordinate the implementation of measures envisaged in the State Program approved by Part 1 of this order (hereinafter referred to as the State Program);
2.2. Once a year, inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on the status of implementation of measures envisaged in the State Program.
3. Monitoring and assessment of the implementation of measures envisaged in the State Program shall be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall solve issues arising from this order.
