BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 27. Chairman of the Board of the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce Anar Hasanov and executive member of the board Tobias Baumann have sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his confident victory in the extraordinary presidential election, Trend reports.
