BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 20. Shahin Bayramov has been appointed rector of Karabakh University, Trend reports.
The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
By another decree of the head of state, Bayramov was relieved of his post as rector of Mingachevir State University.
