BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 9. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on celebrating the 100th anniversary of Nabi Khazri (Nabi Babayev), People's Poet of Azerbaijan, public figure, and laureate of state awards, Trend reports.
