Legal proceedings on people who committed armed attacks on a home appliances selling shop UNITECH and exchange place of Zaminbank, will start on Friday under the chairmanship of judge Enver Seyidov, the Court of Grave Crimes, told Trend.
The people accused are Ruslan Goyyev, a citizen of Georgia, Eldari Giskayev and Husseyn Kantayev, citizens of Russia of Chechen nationality. Goyyev and Giskayev are accused of attempts of murder, robbery and illegal arms bearing. Kantayev is convicted for robbery and arms sale. The accused got familiar in Baku early 2000. Late 2004 they planned an attempt on UNITECH. They purchased two pistols. On 24 February 2005 they were arrested in the scene of crime.
