A signature papers for the participation of Rasul Guliyev, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), in the parliamentary elections to be held in November 2005 were presented from constituency 36 of the Khatai District Elections Commission.
The ADP told Trend that the documents were presented to Guliyev after examination of his documents at the elections commissions.
A signature collection campaign will start from 16 August and be more probably compete in 3 days.
