Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, sent a letter of congratulation to his Moldavan counterpart Vladimir Voronin on the Independence Day, Trend reports.
“I believe in the further development of the bilateral relations and the mutual cooperation within regional and international organizations for the sake of interests of our peoples and countries, peace, stability and prosperity of the region,” the letter said.
