An Azerbaijani delegation headed by Zakir Garalov, the Prosecutor General, left for Copenhagen, the capital of the Kingdom of Denmark, on 28 August, the Prosecutor General’s Office told Trend.
The key objective of the visit is to participate in the 10th annual conference �Witnesses, experts and suffered’ of the International Association of Prosecutors which started on 28 August and will be end 2 September.
Organized by the International Association of Prosecutors and the Prosecutor General’s Office of Denmark with the participation of over 120 countries, the event will take papers on receipt of testimonial evidences, procedure law on witnesses, experts and suffered, human rights in this sphere, application of advanced technologies, the role of prosecutor in ensuring the right of the suffered.
