“DISSOLUTION OF UKRAINIAN GOVERNMENT WON’T AFFECT ON BILATERAL RELATIONS WITH AZERBAIJAN,” IGOR KIZIMA

“I don’t think that the dissolution of the Ukrainian government can somehow affect on the bilateral relations with Azerbaijan,” Igor Kizima, the charge d’affaires of Ukraine, Trend reports. It was comment on the dissolution of the Ukrainian government at the head of Timoshenko by President Victor Yushenko.

“The Ukraine’s policy is determined by President and it remains unchangeable. Ukraine and Azerbaijan have friendly relations for many years and they don’t depend on staff transfer,” he underlined.

According to the diplomat, the Ukrainian President appointed Yuriy Yekhanurov acting Prime-Minister, who addressed to the members of the government with a request to continue the fulfillment of their duties. “The Ministers remain in their posts and candidacy of the Ukrainian Prime-Minister will be proposed to the Parliament soon,” he added.
