VILLAGES ZABRAT, MASHTAGA, NARDARAN, BILGA MAY REFUSE FROM ELECTIONS

“If my rights are not be restored, the villages supported me such as Zabrat, Bilga, Mashtaga and Nardaran will refuse to participate in the parliamentary elections,” Hajiaga Nuri, the chairman of the Islam Party of Azerbaijan, including in the �Pro-Azerbaijani Forces’ bloc, told Trend .

Nuri noted that other villages of Sabunchu 3rd constituency 28, where his candidacy was concealed, addressed to him. “They said that they would not participate in the elections, but I proposed to wait. If my rights are not restored I will clarify my opinion. We will address to the Plenum of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and European Court on Human Rights,” he added.

Nuri also noted that his name also was included into the list of the candidates with violated rights of the OSCE. “I believe in restoration of my rights in the future,” he stressed.

The candidacy of Nuri was registered in Sabunchi 3rd constituency 28, but then was concealed by the Central Election Committee. Despite the address to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, the decision of the CEC was remained in force.
