“The Azerbaijan National Democratic Party (ANDP) addressed to the Baku office of the CE and OSCE,” Ogtay Khalilli, the first deputy chairman of the party, told Trend.
One more reason for the address is resettlement of the party from the headquarters, located in Rasul Rza Str. “The Executive Office of the party was dissolved after the problem with the headquarters. Isgandar Hamidov, the chairman of the party, forms a new office,” he added.
Khalilli also noted that The Political Council of the party had to hold meeting in the flat of Hamidov twice in a week “We will hold actions at front of appropriate state bodies,” he said. Khalilli stressed that the instruction on resettlement was given by the high-rank official of the Minsitry of Foreign Affairs.
