Some appeals to the Central Eletcions Commission (CEC) wereof criminal charcater and were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office in the individual order, Enver Aliyev, a member of the CEC.
He said that in compliance with the law, the complaints entering to the CEC were not put for disvussion. The complaints are directly sent for investigation and apply necessary measures.
According to Aliyev, one of the complaints presented to him on 18 November contain serious irregularities of criminal character and the facts will be submitted the Prosecutor General’s Office. Aliyev said that the investigation into the irregularities fixed on the constituencies and it is expected to annul the results of polls in such precincts.
