The Baku Executive Power rejected an appeal by the Azerbaijan Liberal Democratic Party (ALDP) on sanctioning of a rally in front of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan, Fuad Aliyev, the chairman of the party, told Trend.
The ALDP was planning to hold a protest action in front of the CEC on 22, 24 and 26 November.
In its letter to the party the Baku Mayoral Office notes that there was necessity for conduct of action, as (CEC) had not issued a final resolution of on the results of poll and the investigation into the frauds was underway.
