“Isa Gambar, the head of Musavat Party, decided to hold a meeting in its headquarters on Thursday, the chairman of the Islamic Democratic Party, Tahir Abbasly, a part of the bloc, told Trend.
Abbasli said that a meeting of the bloc held on Wednesday was to discuss the removal o Gambar from the post of permanent chairmanship. “70% of parties represented in the bloc are against. However, the meeting will be continued on 4 December due to some reasons,” he added.
The chairman of the party also underlined that after the meeting on Wednesday Gambar appealed them to gather at his headquarters on Thursday. “I am not attending the gathering. The head of the bloc seems decided to hold a meeting to clarify the issues on his removal from the chairmanship,” Abbasli underlined.
