Repeated parliamentary elections will be held in Azerbaijan during 120 days after the presidential decree, the Central Election Committee (CEC) told Trend.
The Azerbaijani Constitution Court made a sentence on approval of the results of the 6 November parliamentary elections in 115 constituencies. CEC cancelled the elections held in 4 constituencies, the Constitution Court - 6 constituencies.
The repeated elections will be held in previous way. In accordance with the Law, the President must issue a decree on holding of the repeated elections during 60 days after announcement of the results by the Constitution Court.
