The European Court set to consideration of the complaints of the people, who was arrested and subjected to tortures after the 15-16 October events, �Azadlig’ (Freedom) bloc told Trend.
The European Court considered the complaint of Sardar Jalaloglu, the deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party. There the court sent an inquiry to the Azerbaijani government on the complaint of Jalaloglu.
