Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, will leave for Ljubljana, Slovenia, on 4 December to participate in a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of OSCE member-states on 5-6 December, the Azerbaijani Press Center told Trend.
The gathering will focus on perspectives of the organization, its development and reforming. Under the meeting it is planned to hold a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Baltic and South Caucasus in Ljubljana in the so-called �3 + 3’ format to mull the development of cooperation between the two regions.
Mammadyarov also plans to meet with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to discuss peaceable resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
