The meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen on regulation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with the Foreign Ministers, Elmar Mammadyarov, of Azerbaijan, and Vardan Oskanian, of Armenia, was held in Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia, on Saturday.
The co-chairman pins his hopes on the post-election stage of the negotiations. According to Mann, the negotiations deepened as never before and achieved high level.
The next meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents is expected in January 2006, Regnum reports.
