В"The Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry is currently holding talks with Iran on the passage of our passenger buses to Nakhchivan via the Iranian territory”, the Transport Minister of Azerbaijan Ziya Mammadov told journalists during his talk with them, Trend reports.
В"After reaching the accord, the first 10 buses will head to Nachchivan through Iran.
The attention will be paid to the medical examination of the drivers and the technical inspection of the buses”, the Transport Minister said.
Mammadov voiced also his attitude to the demolition of the objects nearby the railway. В"There are also illegally operating units among them. The owners of both the legal and illegal units demand compensation. We decided to pay compensations to only legally operating units”, Mammadov said.
The Minister also noted some action plans have been developed in regard to the traffic jams on the roads. Among the measures for the traffic jams liquidation prepared jointly with the Baku executive authority and the Transport Ministry there is also construction of bridges on the highways, where the traffic jams occur.
