Appropriate measures will be taken in respect to oppositionist parliamentarians, who boycotts attending the parliamentary sittings, Ziyafat Asgarov, the first deputy speaker of the Milli Majlis [parliament], told Trend.
The parliament will regulate the problem in accordance with the internal regulations of the parliament, he said. вЂњMPs, not attending more than 30 parliamentary sittings without adequate reasons, will be deprived of their MP mandate. It is referred not only to the oppositionist parliamentarians,вЂќ he underlined.
Asgarov said that refusing from the participation at the parliamentary sittings MPs from the opposition show disrespect to towards their electors.
