Preparation for the next sitting of the joint Azerbaijani-Iranian commission on economic cooperation is underway, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Iran Abbasali Hasanov told Trend exclusively.
The issues of implementation of the decisions taken during the previous sittings of the commission are currently under consideration, the Ambassador noted. The agenda of the next sitting will be got ready at the experts' level, the priority spheres for trade-economic cooperation will be identified, the diplomat said.
The chairman of the commission’s Azerbaijani part will be the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Heydar Babayev. The composition of the commission’s Iranian part has been renewed, it consists of the officials of the Iranian Cabinet of Ministers.
